When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted version of your password. We also store the 2FA secret keys you choose to add to your account.
Your information is used solely to provide the Orbix Authenticator service. We use your email for authentication and account recovery. Your 2FA secrets are used to generate verification codes.
All sensitive data is encrypted. Passwords are securely hashed before storage. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your 2FA secrets are never accessible to anyone outside of your account and authorized workspace members.
When you share 2FA accounts through a workspace, only workspace members with appropriate permissions can access those codes. Workspace owners control member access.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. You have full control over your 2FA accounts and workspace memberships.
